4~H~REAS, Mr. G. E. McK~nney f7ied an appZica~ion -Far a Conditional Use
Permi~ to expar~d the R~st~c Tra~ler Park, 2161 Taylor ~oad, Central Po~nt, located
in an R-~3 zon~ further described as Jackson County Assessors ~lap Page 37 2W 10~A,
Tax Lot 600; and
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public I-learing he~d December 6, 1983 was published in
the Medford f~lail ~'ribune on Navember 29 ar~d December 4, 1983; and
WI~~REAS, at sa~d pub1ic hearing testimony from proponents and npponen~s was
heard or given opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
B~ IT RESOLVED ~.ha~ ~.he P~anning Commissior~ of the C~ty of Central Point
adopts the ~Findings of fact as presented by the ap~licant and approves a Candi~iar~al
Use Permi~ to allow t~e expansion o~ a mobi~e home park in an R-3 zor~e at the loca-
tion of 2161 7aylor Road, Central Point, Oregon, further descr7bed as Jackson County
Assessors Map €'age 37 2W ~06A, Tax Lot 600, with ~he fo~lowing conditions:
l. ~he additianal un~ts be s€~bjected to off--street parking.
2. Addi~ionai units and/or replacement units secure an installa-
t~on p~rmit fram ~he City Building Department.
3. Addi~iona~ un~ts pay the required water ar~d s~wer connection
~ees to the C~ty of Central Point.
4. House numbering to conform ~a C~~y's M~nicipal Cade Chapter
15.~2.
5. Additional outside lighting be provided to meet the approval
of the C~ty's e€~ergency services.
