A RESOLllTION OF RCCO~MEND~TIO~ OF
APPROVAL TO GRANT A MINOR PARTITION OF L~~D
WH~R~AS, on November 34, 1983 Thomas E. Wh~ttle filed an ap~lica~ian far a
Minor Partition of ~and located at 82~ Sau~h ~ron~ Street further described as
Jackson Coun~y A1ap Page 37 2W I~CB, ~ax Lots 400, 403 and 404; and
W~EREAS, Hotice a~ Pub1~c ~l~aring was posted at the Central Point Library,
Cen~ra~ Point Past Office, Centra~ Poin~ ~ire Station, and Central Point C~ty Ha11;
and publis~~d ~n the M~dford Mail Tribune on November 29 and December 4, 1983; and
~H~R~AS, at their regular meeting on December 6, 1983 the Plann~ng Commis-
sion held a rev~ew o~ ~he proposal, provided opportu~ity for testimony from propo-
~ents and opponents and received a p~anning staff report; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to t~e review and public me~ting, the Planning Commis-
sian made a motion to prov~de recammendation ~or approval ~o the City Council.
~OW, TH~R~FORE, BE I7 RESOLVED tha~ the City of Centra1 Point Plann~ng
Comm~ssion approved ~he application for Mi~or Par~~tion of Land; and, ~herefore,
BE IT ~URTHER R~SO~V~D that the City of Ce~tra~ Poin~ P1anning Comm~ssion
recommends to the Ci~y of Ce~tral Point Ci~y Council that the Minor Part~tion af
Land be approved.
