RESOLUTION N0. 74
A RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION OF
APPROVAL TO GRANT A MINOR PARTITION OE LAND
WHEREAS, on June 21, 7983, George and Joanne Johns filed an application for a
Minor Partition of Land located on the north end of Do brat Way, further described
as Jackson County Map Page 36 2W 34C, Tax Lot 3800; and,
WHEREAS, Notice of Public Meeting was posted at the Central Point Post Office,
Central Point Library, Central Point )=ire Station, and Central Paint Gi ty 1-1x17 ; and,
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting on July 5, 1983, the Planning Commission
held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from proponents
and opponents and received a Planning Staff Report; and,
WHEREAS, subsequent to the review and Public Meeting, the Planning Commission
made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council sub,~ect to
the following recommended conditions:
1. The extended street be surfaced and maintained to match the existing
street.
2. The turnaround be a b0-foot radius as required by Municipal Code
76.12.050.
3. If the easterly sanitary sewer easement is used, the utilization of
manholes is to conform to specifications of the City of Central Point
standards.
NOW, THEREE'ORE, SE IT RE50LVED that the City of Central Point Planning Commis
Sion approved the application for Minor Partition of Land; and, therefore,
BE IT F'URT}lER RESOLVED that the c;ty of Central Point Planning Commission
recommends to the City of Central Point City Council that the Minor Partition of
Land be approved subject to the following recommended conditions:
1. The extended street be surfaced and maintained to match the existing
street.
2. The turnaround be a 60--foot radius as required by Municipal Code
7G.12.050.

3. If the easterly sanitary sewer easement is used, the utilization of
manholes is to conform to specifications of the City of Centrai Point
standards.
