RESOLUTION NO. 72
A RESOLUTION AMENDING EXHIBIT A, ITEM N0. 3,
OE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 67
WHEREAS, the Central Point Senior Citizens, Inc, filed application for a Con-
ditional Use Permit for an organizational meeting facility located at 123 North
Second Street, Central Point, Oregon, 37 2W 3DD, Tax I_.ot 7200; and,
WI~EREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, at
their regular meeting an the 18th day of January, 1983, approved a Conditional Use
Permit for an organizational meeting facility located at 723 North Second Street,
Central Point, Oregon, 37 2W 3DD, Tax Lot 7200; and,
WHEREAS, within said approval Exhibit A was attached with conditions set forth
by the Planning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, within Exhibit A, Item No. 3, allowed future expansion to a maximum
of 30 feet in length parallel to the alley by 23 feet wide, single story in height;
and ,
WHEREAS, the Central Point Senior Citizens, Inc. has requested an amendment to
the maximum expansion limits to be 30 feet in length by 30 feet in width plus an
addition of six feet by 19 feet on the south side; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point deliberated the
amendment request at their regular meeting May 3, 1983; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point,
Oregon, approves an amendment to Exhibit A, Item No. 3, of Planning Commission
Resolution No. 67 to allow future expansion to a maximum of 30 feet in length by 30
feet in width plus and addition of six feet by 19 feet on the south side.
Passed by the Planning Commission an the third day of May, 1983, and signed by
