RESOLUTION N0. 69
A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE FOR A FENCE
AT CENTRAL POINT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 450 SOUTH FOURTH STREET,
JACKSON COUNTY MAP, PAGE 37 2W 11BB, TAX LOT 6700.
WHEREAS, Jackson County School District No. 6 filed application for a
Variance to allow a five foot high fence to be constructed on the property line at
Central Point Elementary School, 450 South Fourth Street, Central Point, further
described as Jackson County Assessor's Map, Page 37 2W 11BB, Tax Lot 6700; and,
WHEREAS, the Variance request was presented to the Central Point Planning
Commission at their regular scheduled meeting April 5, 1983, at '7:00 p.m.; and,
WHEREAS, testimony from proponents and opponents was given at said meeting;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT,
OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon,
hereby adopts the following findings:
1. The Variance will provide advantages to the neighborhood or
the city;
2. The Variance will provide beautification to the neighborhood
or the City,
3. The Variance wi11 provide safety to the neighborhood or the
City;
4. The Variance will provide protection to the neighborhood or
the City;
5, The Variance wi11 not have any adverse impacts upon the
neighborhood;
6. The Variance will utilize property within the intent and
purpose of the zone district.
SECTION 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon,
approves the request for a Variance to allow a five foot high fence to be

constructed on the property line at Central Point Plementary School, 450 South
Fourth Street, Central Point, further described as Jackson Caunty Map, Page 37 2f~
1lBB, Tax Lot 6700.
Passed by the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, and
