RESOLUTION N0. 68
A RESOLUTION! APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW
MANUFACTURING AND SELLING OF FORMICA COUNTER TOPS IN A C-5 ZONC
WHEREAS, Mr. Tom Whittle filed an application for a Conditional
Use Permit for manufacturing and selling of formica counter tops in a
C-5 zone in a building located at 820 South Front Street, Tax Lots 400,
403 and 404, 37 2W 11C6; and
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public Hearing held March 1, 1983 was pub-
lished in the Medford Mail Tribune on February 21 and 27, 1983; and
WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing testimony from opponents and
proponents was heard or given opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central
Point, Oregon, adopts the findings of fact as presented by the applicant,
and approves a Conditional Use Permit for manufacturing and selling for-
mica counter tops at the location of 820 South Front Street, Central Point,
Oregon, Tax Lots 400, 4O3 and 404, 37 2W 11 CB.
Passed by the Planning Commission on the first day of March, 1983,
