RESOLUTION N0. 67
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR RN ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING F=ACILITY IN A C-2 ZONE
WHEREAS, the Central Point Senior Citizens, Inc, filed applica-
tion for a Conditional Use Permit for an organizational meeting facility
located at 123 North Second Street, Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 7200,
37-2W-3DD; and
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public Hearing held January 18, 1983, was
published in the Medford Mail Tribune on January 11 and 16, 1983; and
WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing testimony from opponents and
proponents was heard or given opprotunity to be heard; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Central Point, Oregon, adopts the findings of fact as presented by the
applicant, along with the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission
and attached hereto as Exhibit A, and approves a Conditional Use Permit
for an organizational meeting facility located at 123 North Second Street,
Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 7200, 37-2W-3DD.
Passed by the Planning Commissian on the 18th day of January, 1983,
