RESOLUTION NO. 65
A RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION OF
APPROVAL TO GRANT A MINOR PARTITION OF LAND
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1982, Dr. Alan C. Bates filed an appli-
cation for a Minor Partition of Land located on the southwesterly corner
of South Fourth Street and Hopkins Road, further described as .lackson
County Map Page 37-2W-11BC, Tax Lot 5300; and
WHEREAS, the approval of a Minor Partition will create, in addi-
tiara to Tax Lot 5300, new Tax Lot 5301; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Public Meeting was posted at the Central Point
Post Office, Central Point Library, Central Point Fire Department, and
Central Point city Hall; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting on January 4, 1983, the Planning
Commission held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity far testi~
many from proponents and opponents and received a planning staff report;
and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the review and Public Meeting, the Planning
Commission made a motion to provide recommendation to the City Council;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Central Paint Planning Commission
approved the application for Minor Partition; and, therefore
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Central Point Planning
Commission recommends to the City of Central Point City Council that the
Minor Partition be approved.
