RESOLUTION N0. 64
A RESOLUTION OF APPROVAL OF A VARIANCE
AT 262 SOUTH SECOND STREET, JACKSON COUNTY
MAP, PAGE 37--2W-11 BB, TAX LOT 4300
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Marquis L. Hale filed application for a
Variance to allow a residential garage to be constructed within the
required setback at 262 South Second Street, Jackson County Map, Page
37-2W-11BB, Tax Lot 4300; and
WHEREAS, notices of a Public Hearing held on December 7, l9$2,
were advertised in the Medford Mail Tribune on November 24 and
December 1, 19$2, and posted as required by the City of Central Point`s
hearings procedure ordinance; and
WHEREAS, opportunity for testimony from proponents and opponents
was given at said Public Hearing; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL
POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1, The Planning Commission of the City of Central Point,
Oregon, hereby adopts the following findings:
1. The Variance will provide advantages to the neighborhood
or the City;
2. The Variance will provide beautification to the neighbor-
hood or the City;
3, The Variance will provide safety to the neighborhood or
the City;
4. The Variance will provide protection to the neighborhood
or the City;
5, The Variance will not have any adverse impacts upon the
neighborhood;
6. The Variance will utilize property within the intent and
purpose of the zone district.

SECTION 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Central Point,
Oregon, approves the request for a Variance to allow a residential garage
to be constructed within the required setback at 262 South Second Street,
Jackson County Map, Page 37-2W-11BB, Tax Lot 4300.
Passed by the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point,
Oregon, and signed by me in authentication of its passage this I~ ~~'
