That the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, adopts the findings prepared by the applicant and attached hereta as Exhibit "A", along with the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission and attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and approves a Conditional Use Permit for a second hand store in a C-5 zone located at 57 South Front Street, Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 1900 37 2W lOAA.
