HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 62 - Rutherford CUP for second hand storePLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 62 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A SECOND HAND STORE IN A C-5 BONE WHEREAS, Shirley Rutherford filed application for a Conditional Use Permit fora second hand store in a C-5 zone located at 57 South Front Street, Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 1900 37 2W IOAA, and WHEREAS, notice of a Public Hearing held November 2, 19$2, was pub- lished in the Medford Mail Tribune on October 29 and November 1, 1982, and WHEREAS, at said Public Hearing testimony from opponents and pro- ponents was heard or given opportunity to be heard; naw, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CENTRAL POINT PLANNING COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, adopts the findings prepared by the applicant and attached hereta as Exhibit "A", along with the conditions set forth by the Planning Commission and attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and approves a Conditional Use Permit for a second hand store in a C-5 zone located at 57 South Front Street, Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 1900 37 2W lOAA.
