RESOLUTION NO 61
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A THRIFT STORE IN A C-2 ZONE
WHEREAS, Hazel C. Larson filed application for a Conditional
Use Permit for a Thrift Stare in a C-2 zone located at 61 S. 2nd
Street, Central Point, Tax Lot 2700 37 2W 10AA, and
WHEREAS, notice of a Public Hearing held September 21, 1982
was published in the Medford Mail Tribune on September 15 and 20,
1982, and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing testimony from opponents and
proponents was heard; now, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED E3Y THE CENTRAL POINT PLANNING COMMISSION AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Planning Commission of the City of Central
Point, Oregon adopts the findings prepared by the applicant, and
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and approves a Conditional Use
Permit for a Thrift Store in a C-2 zone located at 61 S. 2nd Street,
Central Point, Oregon, Tax Lot 2700 37 2W 1OAA.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in
authentication of its passage this c~r`~..~ day of September,
1982.
