Mahar/Pacific Treed Builcliz~g Company) {372W IOBA Tax Lots 0401 and 6501; 372W I OBB Tax Lot 100) Recitals This matter carne before the Planning Cornmissio~i for hearing on February 6, 2001, on applicant's application for a modification of a Tcntative Plan. Applicant requestcd that they have the ability to relocate the pedestrian path from the southerly border of the subdivision to in-between lots 12 and 13 . The Planning Commission reviewed the applicatio~l and t11e City staff reports, and received comments from all persons wishing to be licard in favor of and opposed to the application. Now, therefore; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Criteria Applicable to Decision. The following chapters of the Central Point Municipal Code apply to this application: A. Chapter 16.10, Tentative Plans Section 2. Findin~;s and Conclusions. The Planning Commission hereby adopts by reference all finding of fact set forth in the City staff reports, and concludes that applicant has demonstrated compliance with the requirements of CPMC Chapter 16.10, pertaining to tentative plans. Section 3. Modification Granted. Appliance is hereby granted approval for the requested ~nodifieation for a tentative plan consisting of relocating the pedestrian path from the southerly border of the subdivision to in-between lots 12 aEid 13 of the subdivision.
