RESOLUTION NO. 50
A RESOLUTION OF RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OE
A MINOR LAND PARTITION AT 3473 AND 3479 CHTCKORY
LANE, JACKSON COUNTY MAP PAGE 37~2W-10, `S'AX LOTS
4600, 4690 AND 5000
WHEREAS, Anna Bell Smith filed application for a Minor
Land Partition at 3473 and 3479 Chickory Lane, Jackson County
Map Page 37-2W-10, Tax Lots 4600, 4690 and 5000, on January 19,
1982; and,
WHEREAS, notices of a Public Hearing held an February 2,
1982 were published in the Medford Mail Tribune on January 29,
1982 and February 1, 1982, and said notices were posted as required
by the City of Central Point's hearings procedure ordinance; and
WHEREAS, testimony from proponents and opponents was
heard at said Public Hearing; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OE CENTRAL POINT, OREGON as follows:
Section 1. That the Planning Commission of the City
of Central Point, Oregon approves this request for a Minor Land
Partition at 3473 and 3479 Chickory Lane, subject to the following
conditions:
1) A recorded survey in conjunction with City Staff
for setbacks;
2) A minimum of 6,000 square feet for each newly
partitioned lot with 60 foot frontage for each;

3) Applicant must deed a 15 foot right of way
to the City to allow for Future widening of
Chickory Lane.
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me
in authentication of its passage this 16th day of February, 1982,
