A RESOLUTION OF LNTENTIO~d OF THE PLANNIP~G COMMISSION
TO AMEND THE TEXT OF THE ZONING ORDIrdANCE TO AUTHORIZE
S,~IALL EPdGI\7E SALES AND SERVICE AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN
THE C-5 ZONE
WHEREAS, the Municipal Code sections relating to condi-
tional uses in tLle C_5 zones do not allow small engine sales and
service, and the Planning Commission deems it appropriate to
include small engine sales and service as a conditional use in
the C-5 zone now, therefore,
~E IT P.ESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
G~'.NTRAL POINT, OREGON:
Section 1. That it is the intention of the Planning
Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, to revise the
text of the Zoning Ordinance to allow small engine sales and service
as a conditional use in the C--S zones.
Section 2. That a public meeting on said proposed
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance be held by the Central Point
Planning Commission on the 15th day of December, 1981 at 7:00 P. M.
at the City Hall, Central Point, Oregon.
Section 3. That the Planning Commission Secretary cause
publication of notice of said public meeting once each week for two
consecutive weeks, with the last publication at least 24 hours prior
to the date of said public meeting and post said meeting agenda in
three public places in the City in the week prior to the public
meeting, pursuant to the public hearing procedures of the Gity.
