3.. Applicant. previously received r.anditional. tentative plan
approval for Dix3_e Oxae Subd~_vi.sion, and has now, pursuant to CPMC
Chapter l_~,12, sa.ik~mitted an appl~_catian fo.r final plat approval
for such sLtbdi.vzs~.an,
2, On March 15, 1994, the Central Paint Plan.n:i.ng Commissa.an
revl.ewed said applicatir~n far final plat approval, anal received
and r.evi.ewed City staff`s report thereon.
Now, therefore;
BE TT RESOLVED $Y THE PLANNING COMM:[SSION OF THE C~'TY OF
CENTRAI, POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Scotian 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the final plat is i.n substantial canfarrnance w~.th floe
approved tentative plan, the conditions placed thereon, and
applicable ordinanr.es and state lawe
Sectiara 2. Canstrtzctzon of all regt~i.r_Qd improvements has
not been completed, but applicant has previously entered into a
Develaprnent Agreement caver~_ng the property in can:nection with a
previ.t~us partit.an of the land, t~h:~.rh agreement satisfies the
requirements of GI'MG Chapter 16,6. Applicant has also pr_o~rided
the City wa.f.h sat:i.sfactar_y security fnr h~.s performance under
that Development Agreement.
Section 3, Approval. is hereby granted to the final plat
