tentative plans and subdivisa.axas, and in Chapter 77, relating t.o

B. _Area and Width_o~__Ln~.~. The subdivisi.orz lots are 18,053
and 1.0,776 square feet and meet tlae R_1-6 dastr~.ct let size
requirements of 6,040 square feet far_ interior lots and 7,000 for
corner lots faund in CPMG 17.20.454. The minimum width
requirements of CPMC 17.20.050 are al.sa met, w~..tkz ~.nter~.ar lets
at Least 60 feet wade azad corner lots at least 70 feet wide.

layout and dimens~.ons of streets and bloclCS as in rampliarace with
the requirements of CPMC Chapter 16,20 regarding Streets and CPMC

Section 4, Conditional Approval. The applica.t~.on for
tentative plan approval for Dixie One Subdivision is hereby
approved, subject to the foll.awx.ng condition. imposed under
authara.ty of CPMC 76.10.090;
