A RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL APPROVAL OF A
FINAL PLAT FOR UNIT NO. 1 OF FOREST GLEN SUBDIVISION

Recitals

2. On February 15, 1994, the Central Paint Planning
Commission reviewed said applicatiarz far final plat approval and
received and reviewed City staff's report thereon.
Now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines
that the final plat is in substantial conformance with the
approved tentative plan, the conditions placed thereon, and
applicable ordinances and state law.
Sectian 2. Construction of all required improveF[-ents has
not been completed, but applicant has agreed to enter iota a
Development Agreement, attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and
by this reference incorporated herein, which agreement satisfies
the requirements of CPMC Chapter 1b.36. Applicant has also
provided the City with satisfactory security for his performance
under the Development Agreement.
Section 3. Approval is hereby granted to the final plat
submitted herein for a 45-lot subdivision, subject to all
applicable conditions contained in the tentative plan approval,
and subject to applicant's completion of the obligations

captained in the Development Agreement. The Chairman of the
Planning Commission is hereby authorized apd directed to sign the
final plat on behalf of the City.
