Applicant previously received tentative plan approval for a land partition on a 65~-acre parr.el located in the southeast quadrant of the City, west of Interstate 5, adjacent to East Hopkins and Pittvi.ew Avenue, and has now submitted an apply.cation for. final plat approval for such partition. 2. On September 7, 1993, the Planning Commission reviewed said application for final plat approval. Now, therefore, BE IT RESbLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION b~' THE CITY Off' CENTRAL. POINTr OREGON AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that the final plat is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative plan and the cond~.tians placed on the a.ppraved tentat~.ve plan, as well as all applicable ordinances and state laws. Section 2. Approval is hereby granted to the f~.nal plat submitted herein far a land partition of a 65-acre parcel located in the southeast quadrant of the City, west of Interstate 5, adjacent to East Hopkins and Rittview Avenue, subject to all applicable con.ditians contained in the tentative plan approval, Rlannixag Commission ftesolutian No. 258, dated July 20, 1993. The Chairman is hereby authorized to sign the final plat on behalf of the City.
