Map Page 37-2W-1QAA, Tax l.ot 1k00 City Zone/C-.2, Comp Plan BesignationfGeneral Commercial Dan Pfaff, Applicant 3) The subject property is zoned General Commercial on the Comp Plan Map and C-2 on the City Zone Map. 2) Limited storage and wholesaling, as defined by Section 17.35.030(D}, is permitted as a conditional use in the C_2 Zone. 3) This application far a Conditional Use Permit is to erect a 960 sq.ft. additional attached to the rear of the existing structure to allot'for expansion of the present facilities and to allow limited staraga and wholesaling as a conditional use in the C-2 Zone. 4} The construction drawings, as presented, meet all applicable U.B.C. and City standards and codes. 5} The only restriction on area, width and yard requirements in the C-2 Zone is to provide for off--street parking as required by Section 17.64.030.
