PLANNING COMMISSION
RESOLUTION NO. ~~ ~
A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR
JACKSON CREEK ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO.
(Applicants: Tom Malot Construction Co. , Inc. , and
Noel Moore, dba W.L. Moore Construction Co. )
(37 2W 10DC TL 300 and 3'7 2W 10DB TL 900)
Recitals
1. On June 25, 1992, applicants received conditional tentative plan
approval for Jackson Creek Estates Subdivision, Unit No. 4, and have now,
pursuant to CPMC Chapter 16.12, submitted an application for final plat
approval for such subdivision; and
2. On October 20, 1992, the Planning Cammission of the City of
Central Point reviewed said application for final plat approval and received
and reviewed City Staff's report thereon.
Now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines that the
final plat is in substantial conformance with the approved tentative plan, all
conditions placed thereon, and applicable ordinances and state law.
Section 2. Applicants have completed most of the improvements to the
subdivision required under CPMC Chapter 16.16. Applicants have assured
full and faithful performance for the completion of the remaining subdivision
improvements by entering into a subdivision agreement and security
performance agreement with the City of Central Point. The City Council
approved said agreerr~ents on October 15, 1992.
Section 3. The Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to sign
the final plat on behalf of the City.
