r• r~fj ~.'LANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO . 2 ~ 1. A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY ON OAK STREET ADJACENT TO TAX LOTS 1900 AND 2000 OF JACKSON COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR MAP 37 2W IOAA WHEREAS, Warren Cooper made a request for the vacation of a 10 foot wide strip of street right-of-way on Oak Street between South First Street and South Front Street adjacent to Tax Lots 1900 and 2000 of Jackson County Tax Assessor's Map Page 37 2W 1flAA, and further described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and, WHEREAS, the Central Paint Planning Commission held a public meeting upon said request for street vacation an November 6, 1990, pursuant to Central Point Municipal Code Section 1.24.02flC, and having at said public meeting received the application, City Staff Report and testimony, and being fully advised, now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON AS FOLLOWS: Section ~.. That based upon the Staff Report evidence and retard relating to said application, the Planning Commission hereby finds that granting the proposed vacation of the alley will be in the public's interest. Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends approval of the request for vacation of a portion of street right-of-way described in Exhibit A attached hereto, submitted by Warren Cooper.
