RESOLUTION NO. 210
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR STONECREEK NO. 4, PHASE II

WHEREAS, Gary Whittle, hereinafter referred to as applicant,
filed an application with the City for preliminary subdivision plat
approval for Stonecreek No. 4, Phase II on July 16, 1990, and,
WHEREAS, on August 16, 1990, the Central Point City Council
granted tentative approval of said preliminary subdivision plat,
and,
WHEREAS, on October 17, 1990, applicant submitted an
application far final subdivision plat approval far Stonecreek
No. 4, Phase II, and,
WHEREAS, applicant has not completed construction of all the
improvements in accordance with the preliminary plat and
conditions, and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with Chapter 16.28 of The Central Point
Municipal Code, applicant shall enter into an agreement to complete
subdivision improvements, and, in order to assure full and faithful
performance thereof, shall file a surety bond, cash ar an open
letter of credit in an amount of estimated cost of said
improvements.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point
conducted a public meeting an November 6, 1990, during which the
Commission reviewed the City Staff Report, received testimony, and
being fully advised, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Central Point Planning Commission
hereby recommends approval. of the final subdivision plat for
Stonecreek No. 4, Phase TI, subject to applicant filing two
cashier's checks with the City of Central Point on or before
November 14, 1990 in the fallowing amounts:
l.? $37,nOQ to assure completion of required subdivision
improvements; and
2) $3,200 for fees in lieu of park land dedication
