RESOLUTION NO. 205
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENCING THE VACATION OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN
SOUTH FIRST STREET AND SOUTH FRONT STREET, ANU FURTHER SHOWN ON
JACKSON COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR'S MAP PAGE 37 2W 11BB
WHEREAS, Jim Hudson representing Grange Cooperative Supply
Association, Inc. made a request for the vacation of a~~ al Tey which
runs east and west between South First Street and South Front
Street adjacent to Tax Lots 7100 and 74b0 of Jackson County Tax
Assessor's Map Page 37 2W 11BB, and further described in Exhibit A
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, nn August 16, 1990, the Central Paint City Council
received said vacation application, set a public hearing on October
18, 1990 to review the prnpnsed vacation, and authorized City staff
to proceed with processing the application, and,
WHEREAS, the Central Point Planning Cammission held a public
meeting upon said request far alley vacation an September 4, 1990,
pursuant to Central Point Municipal Code Section 1.24.0200, and
having at said public meeting received the application, City Staff
Report and testimony, and being fully advised, now therefore,
8E IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
CENTRAL POINT, OREGON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, That based upon the Staff Report evidence and
record relating to said application, the Planning Commission hereby
finds that granting the proposed variation of the alley will be in
the public's interest.
Section 2.. ~'he planning Commission hereby r-ecammend5 approval
of the request for vacation of an alley described in Exhibit A
attached hereto, submitted by the Grange Gaaperative Supply
AsSOCiation, Tnc.
Passed by the Planning Commission an the nth day of September,
1990, and signed by me in authentication of its passage thi s
day of September, 1990.

of said Block 100 feet to the Southwesterly career of said
Lot 2; thence Southeasterly 20 feet to the Northwesterly
corner of Lot 8 of said Black; thence Northeasterly alang
the northerly line of Lots 8 and 9 of said Block 100 feet to
the Northeasterly earner of said Lot 9; thence Northwesterly
20 feet to the point of beginning.
