RESOLUTION N0. 20~+
A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPT20VAL 0~' THE FINAL
SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR SYDNEY ESTA'T'ES
WHEREAS, an application was filed with the City for preliminary subdivision
plat approval for Cambridge Court on March 24, 1989, and,
WHEREAS, on May 18, 1989, the Central Point City Council granted tentative
approval of said preliminary subdivision plat, and,
WI~EREAS, on February 6, 1990, upon written request by new owner Bob
Schipper, the Planning Commission authorized a subdivision and street name change
from Cambridge Court Subdivision and Cambridge Court to Sydney Estates and Sydney
Circle respectively, and,
WHEREAS, on August 13, 1990, Bob Schipper submitted an application for
final plat approval for Sydney Estates Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point conducted
a public meeting on September 4, 1990 during which the Commission reviewed the
City staff report, and being fully advised, new therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Central Point Planning Commission hereby recommends
approval of the final subdivision plat for Sydney Estates subject to applicant
Bob Schipper completing all conditions of the preliminary subdivision plat
approval granted by City Council, on May 18, 1989, and requirements of the
subdivision agreement executed on February 8, X990.
Passed by the Plann~.ng Co~.nission and signed by me in authentication of
