PT,ANNINC~ coMMlsszoN ~ESOL~r~:ON No. 188 A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OI' PRE;LII~IINARY PLAT ~'OR MEADOW CREEK SUT3DIVISION WHEREAS, Mike Mahar, on behalf of Pacific Trend Building Company, has submitted a preliminary plat for Meadow Creek Subdivision, a subdivision located North of Beall Lane and west of Interstate 5 freeway in the southeast quadrant of the city, further described as Jackson County Assessors map 3`72W 12C Tax Lots 800, 807, 3100 and 3400 and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point held a public meeting upon said application for approval of the preliminary plat on March 6, 1990, pursuant to Central Paint Municipal Code Section 1.24.020C, and having at said public meeting received and reviewed the City staff report and testimony, and being fully advised, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Based upon the staff report evidence, and record relating to said application, the Planning Commiss~.an hereby finds that said application meets the requirements for preliminary plat applications, that sand, preliminary plat as proposed is in compliance with. the City's comprehensive plan and zoning code, anal if the conditions set forth hereinafter are met, said application meets the City`s requirements for subdivision layout, park dedication, street stan- dards, water system standards, sanitary sewer standards, and storm drainage stan- dards. Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council approval of the preliminary plat submitted by Mike Mahar, for Meadows Creek Subdivision subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and by this reference expressly made a part of the within resolution.
