Whittle has submitted a preliminary plat for Phase V of Stonecreek No. 3, a subdivision located along a westerly extension of Timothy Street and a proposed southerly portion of Daniel Street in the southwest quad- rant of the city, and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point held a public meeting upon said applicat~.on far appraval of the preliminary plat on March 6, 1990, pursuant to Central Point Municipal Code Section 1.24.020C, and having at said public meeting received and reviewed the City staff report and testimony, and being fully advised, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY TF3E PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Based upon the staff report evidence, and record relating to said application, the Planning CnmmisSian hereby finds that said application meets the .requirements for preliminary plat appla.cations, that said preliminary plat as proposed is in compliance with the City`s comprehensive plan and zoning code, and if the conditions set forth hereinafter are met, said application meets the City`s requirements for subdivision layout, park dedication, street stan- dards, water system Standards, sanitary sewer standards, and storm drainage stan- dards. Section 2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council approval of the preliminary plat submitted by Gary T. Whittle for Phase V of Stonecreek, No. 3 Subdivision subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto, and by this reference expressly made a part of th.e within resolu- tion.
