WHEREAS, Robert Ashenber.ner representing Ashenberner ]umber Company has
made a request for the vacation of a portion of Alder 5tr_eet between IlaskelJ.
Street and Amy Street, shown on 3acksan County Tax Assessor's Map Page 37 2W
10AD, and further described in Exhibit A attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public Meeting held September 5, 1989 was posted at
the Central Paint Taibrary, Central Point Past Office, Central Point Fire Station,
and Central_Point City Hall; and
WfIEREAS, at said public meeting testimony from proponenets and opponents
was heard or given opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
BE 1T RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point
recommends approval to the City Council of the vacation of Alder Street between
Haskell Street and Amy Street, and further described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Passed by the Planning Commission on the 5th day of September, x.989, and
signed by me in authentication of its passage tha,s 15th day of September, 1989.
