A RESOI,~ITION RECOMMENDING APPT20VAI, OF THE FINAL PLAT
F0~€2 JACKSON CREEK ESTAfiES I SUBI7:CVISION
WHEREAS, Tom Malot, filed application for preliminary approval
of the Jackson Creek Estates I subdivision, on February 19, 7.988; and,
WHEREAS, on N#arch 17, 1988, the Central Point City Council
approved Resolution no. 49f~, which approved the preliminary plat for
the subdivision known as "Jackson Creek Estates I", under the criteria
established by Section 15.24 of the Central Point Municipal Code, now,
therefore,
BE TT RESOLVED, that the Central Point Planning Commission
hereby approves the Final Plat for Jackson Creek Estates 7= subdivision
with the conditions and requirements of the Public Works Department
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Passed by the Planning Commission and signed by me in authenti-
cation of its passage this Ist day of November 1988.
