Rl?COMMENI3ATTON Or A1~I'ROVAL TO GRANT A MINOR PART.7'I'ION Or LAND WHEREAS, on October 1.5, .1.987, Daniel and Lauralee Patterson filed an application for a minor partition of land ]_ocated. at 33$5 Snowy I3~ztte Lane fur- then described as .lackson County Map Page 37 2W I0, Tam Lot 3901; and WHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing was posted at the Central Point Iaibrary, Central Point Post Office, Central. Point I;'ire Station, and Central. Point City IIa11; and published in the Medford Mail Tribune on October 25 and November 1, 1987; and WHEREAS, at their regular meeting an December 1, 1987, the Planning Commission held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from proponents and opponents, and received a planning staff report and pro- posed findings of fact; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Commis- lion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Central Point Planning Commission recom- mends to the Central.
