20 )FEET ZN WTDTH, LOCATED TN TIME CITY OI' CENTRAL POINT, OREGON
WIiEREAS, Gary Whittle filed an application for the vacation of a port~i.an
of Snowy Butte Road lying east of Joseph Street anal Crest of Sno~•ry Butte Lane, a
distance of approximately 280.13 feet, N, 89°46'38" W „ being 20 feet in width,
located in the City of Central Point, Oregon, and further described in I~xhibit
"T1" attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, Notice of a Public hearing held August ~S, 1.987 was published in
the Medford Mail Tribune on July 30 and August 2, 1987; and.,
WHEREAS, at said public bearing testimony from proponents and opponents
was heard or given opportunity to be heard; and,
[~I~IEREAS, Gary Whittle proposed to develop a residential subdivision whose
proposed preliminary plat is dependent upon the approval of the vacation herein
described; now, therefore,
$E IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point
recommends approval to the Gity Council of the vacation of a portion of Snowy
Butte Road lying east of Joseph Street and west of Snowy Butte Lane, a distance
of approximately 280.1.3 feet, N, $9°46'38" W., being 20 feet in width, located
in the City of Central Point, Oregon, and further described a.n Exhibit "D"
attached hereto.
Passed by the Planning Commission on the fourth day of August, 1987, and
signed by me in authentication of its passage this 2 ~ h day of August,
1987.
