WHEREAS, Neil Scheuneman, owner and deve:l.oper, has fiJ_ed an. application
for approval of the preliminary repJ.at for. The Meadows, a planned unit develop-
ment, located at SSS freeman Road, and
WHEREAS, notices of a public hear~€.ng held on April 7, 19$7 were publa.shed
in the Medford Mail Tribune on March 27 and Apra.l 3, 1987, and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing a review of the preliminary replat was
held before the Central Point Planning Commission whew opportunity for testi-
moray from proponents and opponents was provided; now, therefore,

That the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, recaan--
mends that the City Council approve the prelim~.nary replat for The Meadows, a
planned unit development, located at 555 ~"reeman Road, Central Point, and
further recommends that all of the original exhibits of the planned unit
development previously approved by the City be reconfirmed as a~ctached to this
application for replat.
Passed by the Planning Commission on the seventh day of April, 1987, and
signed by me in authentication of its passage this 7th day of Apra.l, 1987.
