HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 121 - Johns Minor Partition PLANNING COMMTSSTON RESOLITTT:ON T~TO. 121 A RESOLUTION OF RECOPTMENDATIflN OF APPROVAL TO GRANT A MINOR PARTTTTON OF T..AND WHEREAS, on November .1.8, 1.986, George and .7oanne .Tohns filed an application for a minor part~.tian of land located at 5236 Dnbrat Way further described as ,TaclCSOn County Map Page 36 2Td 34C, Tax Lot 3900; and WHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing was posted at the Central Paint Library, Central Point Post Office, Central Point Fire Station, and Central, Point City Ha11; and published in the Medford Mail Tribune on November 24 and 30, 1986; and WHEREAS, at their regular meeting on December 2, 1986 the Planning Commission held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from proponents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Commission made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council; now, therefore, BE TT RESOLVED that the Ca.ty of Central. Point Planning Commission recam~- mends to the City of Central Paint City Council that the minor partition of land be approved with the following conditions: 1, The applicant enter into a deferred improvement agreement for improve- ments determined by the City Council to be necessary and a benefit to the pro- perties which could include storm drainage systems; curbs, gutters, sidewalks, paving and street improvements as included in any future local improvement districts that may benefit the herein--described properties, and that said agree- ment be recorded with the deed and run. with the land for all parcels of the herein-described partition. 2. The access drivecaay to parcel 4~3 is to be a minimum of 20' in width.
