G~I~IEREA5, an September ~~, 1986, Daniel. and I.,auralee Patterson filed an
application for a minor partition of land Located at 3405 Snowy F3uttc Lane fur-
tkker described as Jackson County Map Page 37 2W I0, Ta:~ L,ot 390]; and
WHEREAS, Notice of_ Public Hearing was pasted at the Central. Paint Library,
Central Point Post Office, Central. Point fire Station, a.nd Central Point Cit}r
Ha1.l; and published in the Medford Mail. Tribune on September 28 and October 5,
1986; and
kTHEREAS, at their regular meeting an October 7, 1986 the Pl.ann.ing Commis~-
sion held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from
proponents and opponents anal received a pl.an.ning staff report; and
WIiEREAS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Commis~-
sion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City CoL~nci1;
now, therefore,
IiE IT RESOLVED that the City of Central Point Planning Cozmnission recom-
mends to the City of Central. Point City Council that the minor partition of land
be approved with the condii_ion that the applicant enter into a deferred improve-
ment agreement for improvements determined by the City Council to be necessary
and a benefit to the properties ~•rhich could include storm drainage systems,
curbs, gutters, sidewalks, paving and street improvements as included in any
future 1oca1 improvement districts that may benefit the herein-described pro-
perties, and that said agreement be recorded with the deed and run with the land
for both parcels of the herein described partition.
