WHEREAS, Mike anal Mary Sul_l.ivan filed an applicata.on for a cand~tional use
permit to allow a mobile food vending cart to be 1_ocated in a C-5 zone at 16
North Eront Street, Central Point, Oregon, further described as Jackson County
Assessor`s Map Page 37 2W 3DD, Tax Lot 9600; and
k}H}REAS, Notice of a Public Hearing held September 2, ].986 rras published
in the Medford Mail Tribune on August 24 and 31, 7.986; and
W~-IEREAS, at sa_i.d public hearing test~.many from proponents and opponents
was heard or given opportunity to be heard; n.ow, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point,
Oregon, adopts the findings of fact as presented by the applicant with the
exception that the concrete slab be optional., and approves a conditional use
permit to allow a mobile food vending cart to be located in a C-5 zone at 16
North kront Street, Central Point, Oregon, further described as Jackson County
Tax Assessor_'s Map Page 37 2W 3DD, Tax Lot 9600.
Passed by the Planning Commission on the second day of September, 198b,
and signed by me in authentication of its passage this /_~ day of
