WHT:RBAS, Notice of Public hearing was posted at tine Central Point Library,
Central Point Post Office, Central Point Fire Station, and Central Point City
k~al.1; and published in the Medford Mail Tribune on Jury 27 and August 3, 1986;
and
WtJRREAS, at their regular meeting on August 5, 1986 the Planning Commission
held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from propo-
nents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and
[ti~1TERFAS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Commis-•
Sion made a. motion to provide recommexzdation for approval to the City Council.;
now, therefore,
BE ZT RESOL'~rB'l7 that the City of Central Point Planning Camml_ssion r.ecom-•
mends to the City of Central Point City Counca.l that the minor partition of
land be approved with the condition that the applicant enter into a deferred
improvement agreement for improvements determined by the City Council to be
necessary and a benefit to the properties, anal that sand agreement be recorded
with the deed and run with the land for both parcels of_ the herein described
partition,
