A 12~?SOLUTTON ON RECOMMENDATION OE APPROVAL
TO GRANT A MINOR PARTTTTON OP LAND
WHEREAS, on June I7, 1986, Don and Jeanette Pigott filed an application
for a minor partition of Land Located at 1734 ~3eall Lane further described as
Jackson County Map Page 37 ~~t tODA, Tax Lot 12OO; and
WHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing was posted at the Central Paint Library,
Central Point Post Office, Central Point Fire Station, and Central. Point City
Ha7.l; and published in the Medford Mail Tribune on June 2S anal 2,9, 198G; and
WI-IEREAS, at their r_egul.ar meeting on. July 1, 1986 the Planning Commission
held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from propo-
nents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and
WNER~:AS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Commis-
Sion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council.;
now, therefores
SE T'1' RESOLVED that the city of Central. Point Planning Commission recom-
mends to the City of Central Point City Council that the minor partition of
land be approved with the following conditions:
1. That an agreement to be a consenting party to a future local improve-
ment district for street, curb, gutter, and sidewalk improvements be recorded
raith the deed and run with the land .for both parcels of the herein described
partition.
2. That the setback Limitatl.ons far al]_ structures be observed.
Passed by the Planning Commission this first day of July, 1986, and signed
by me in authentication of its passage this 14th day of July.. ,
