TO GRANT A MINOR PAl2`l'ZT70N Or LAND
I,~UF]~EAS, on April 21., 1.986, Pioneer Resources, Inc. filed an. appl:~.catz.on
for a manor partition of land loc~~ted i.zt the 500 block of Freeman Road further
described as Jackson County Map Page 37 2.k~ 11A, Tax LotL00; and
WHEREAS, Natace of Public Hc.ax'ang was posted at the Central Point l~~ibrary,
Central Point Past Office, Central Point 1~"ire Station, and Central. Point City
~ia11; and published in the Medford Meal Tribune on April 30 and May 4, 1.986;
and
4~~5-IS1tlAS, at their regular meeting on May 6, 1986 the Planning Commission
held a review of the proposal, provided. opportunity for testimony from propo--
vents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and
WF~EREAS, subsequent to the revie~•r and public hearing, the Planning Cammis-
sion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval. to the City Council;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOL,VIID that the City of Central Point Planning Commission recam-
mends to the City of Central Point City Council. that the minor partition of
7_and be approved ~aath the. condition that a deferred improvement agreement be
recorded ~•r:ith the deed for the herein described parcel anal run t,rith the land.
