Street and Snowy Butte Lane; and, WIIEREAS, notices of a pul3~.ic hearing held on Ma.y 6, 1986 were published in the Medford Mail Tribune on Map 1 and May 4, 1986; and, WHEREAS, at 5r`Iid public hearing an May 6, 1986 a review of the prel.imi-• nary plat was held before the Central Point Planning Commission where ogportu- pity for testimony from proponents and opponents <<Tas provided; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED I;Y THE CENTRAL POINT PLANNING COMMISSION AS FOLLOGJS: That the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point, Oregon, recom- mends that the City Council approve the preliminary peat far Stanecreelc ~~3 a subdivision located southwest of Glenn. Way and generally the south extensions of .7oseph Streit and Shaw}= Butte Lane, subject to the fallowing thirteen (].3) conditions and requirements: 1. DeveJ,oper is to provide a 100-year frequency storm water drainage basin report based on the City's comprehensive plan and design all facilities arzd housing in the subdivision to comply with the requirements of both the Federal Flood Insurance Program and the City engineer. Such study shall give preference to Griffin Creek far storm drainage purposes. 2. Subd3_vider shall provide curb heights at or above the 100-year (load elevation for each lot. 3. All dwellings sha~_1. have elevations of lowest floor at least 12_ inches above the 100-year flood elevation. ~S.
