Ha7.l; and published in the Medford Iwlaii Tribune on April 30 and May ~, 19$6;
and
1dHEREAS, at their reguJ_ar meeting on May 6, 148b the Planning Commission
held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity l:ar testimony from propo--
vents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the review anal public hearing, the Planning Commis-
lion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council;
now, therefore,
BE TT RESOLVED that the Gity of Gentral Point Planning Commission recom-
mends to the Gity of Central Point Gity Council that the minor partition of
land be approved with the fo.llow~.ng conditions:
1. That a deterred improvement agreement be recorded with the deed far
the Y~erein described parcel and run with the land;
2. That the extra 40 feet of the land be dedicated for public right-ofway
purposes together with the westerl}= 20 feet of the adjoining parcel on the
east side. '
Passed by the Planning Commission this sixth day of May, 1.9$6, and signed
by me in authentication of. its passage this 6th day of May ,
