and
~nTHEREAS, at their regular meeting on May 6, 198G the Planning Comn€ission
held a review of the proposal, provided opportunity for testimony from pxopo-
nents and opponents and received a planning staff report; and
Id1rEREAS, subsequent to the revieta and public hearing, the Planni€.zg Commis-
lion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the C~i.ty Council;
now, therefore,
BE Tfi RESOLVEIJ that the Gity of Central- Paint Planning Commission reco~€-
mends to the City of Central Point City Council that the minor partition of
land be approved with the condition that an agreement to be_ a, consenting party
to a future local improvement district for street, curb, gutter, and sidewalk
improvements be recorded with the deed and run with the Land for both parcels
of the herein described partition.
Passed by the Planning Commission this sixth day of May, I986, and signed
by me in authentication of its passage this sixth day of May ,
