Cade Chapter 17.56 requires that all nonconforming uses within the City of Central Point, Oregon, shall be classified by the Central Point Pl~annzng Commission as either Class "A" or Class "~3" nonconforming uses; and 'GJHEREAS, the criteria for classification of Class "A" nonconforming uses or structures9 A. Class "A" nonconforming uses are properties containing nonconfarming uses or structures; J. The continuing use of which would not be contrary to the public health, safety, or welfare, or to the spirit of this ordinance. 2. The use or maintenance of which is not likely to depress ttte values of adjacent or nearby properties, nor adversely affect their development potential in conformance Caittt present zoning. 3.
