WHEREA5, on January 24, I986, Bette 7ieg1_er filed an a.ppl.i.cation. for a
minor partition of .Land located at 789 and 78R~ Pittview Avenue further des'
cribed as Jackson County Map Page 37 ?_W 11T), Tax Lot 900, and
G~JHEREAS, Notice of Public Hearing was posted at the Central. Point Library,
Central Point Post Office, Central Paint Fire Station, and Central Point City
Hall; and published in the Medford Mai]. '[ribtine on January 29 and 1''ebruaxy 2,
1.986; and
t~HERk~AS, at their regular meeting on l~ebruary 4, and March 4 1986 the
Planning Commission hoed a reva~ew of the proposal, provided opportunity for
testimony from proponents and opponents and received a planning staff report;
and
W~IEREAS, subsequent to the review and public hearing, the Planning Comtnis-
sion made a motion to provide recommendation for approval to the City Council;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Central Point Planning Commission recom-
mends to the City of Central Point City Council that the minor partition of
land be approved with the follotaing conditions:
1. The applicant is to provide separate driveways to each tax lot that
meet the encroachment requirements of the Jackson County Public Gtizorks
Department.
2. Each lot shall. have its own sewer connect.
Passed by the Planning Comtztission this fourth day of March, 1986, and
signed by me in authentication of its passage this 4th day of March ,
1986.
