I~HEREAS, on November 7, 1985, I3etteI..iegler. filed an application for a
minor partition of Land located next to 789 Pi.ttvi.eta ~lventie further described

1~~STIsREAS, Notice of Pub] i.c I~Iearing raas posted a~: the Central Paint Library,
Central Point Post Off~.ce, Centra]_ Po]_nt I`ire Station, and Central Paint City
Iia].]_; and published in the Medford Mai. ]_ Tribune on November. ?5 and December I. ,
1955; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting an December 3, 1885, the Planning Com-
mission held a review of the proposa:l_, provided opportunity far testimony from
proponents and oppo~.lents and received a planning staff report; and
t~TI~IEREAS, subsequent to the review and pub:I.ic hearing, the Planning Comi~~is-
lion made a motion. to provide recommen.datian for appraval to the City Cauncil;
now, therefore,
SI' IT RESOLVED tkzat the City of Central Point Planning Commission recom-
mends to the City of Central Paint City Council that the minor partition of
land be approved with the requirement that the applicant record a nonremon--
strance agreement with the property dead indicating that the owner or subse-
quent owners of said property be participants in any local improvement
districts by which they may be determined to be benefitted.
