LJHEREAS, Gerald and Margaret [dat~l filed an application for a conditional
use permit to allow the placement of a mobile home on a single xesi.clential. lat
for the purpose of providing full-ti.me care of an infirm r.el.ative. at 337.8 Snocry
Butte Lane, Central Point, i_n an R~-1 zone. Said property is further descr=ibed
as Jackson. County Ta:~ Assessor's Map Page 37 2Ld lODA, 'Tax 3aot 700; and
LYHEREAS, Notice of Pub 1.a_c hearing held November 5, 1985 was published in
the Medford Mail. Tribune on October 27 and November 3, 1985; and
LJHEREAS, at said public hearing testimony from proponents and opponents
was heard or given opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
BIa IT RE50LVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Central Point
has reviewed the application as presented by the applicants and approves the
conditionaJ_ use permit to allow the placement of a mobile home on a single
residential lot for the purpose of providing full--time care of an infirm rela-
tive at 3328 Snawy Butte Lane, Central Paint, in an R-1 zone. Said property is
further described as Jackson County Tax Assessor's Map Page 37 2W IODA, Tax Lat
700; and
BE TT }FURTHER RESOLVED that the approval is subject to compliance with
Ordinance No. 1552, An Ordinance Iastablishing Criteria for Temporary Mobile
Home Placement for Infirm Citizens.
