South. Front Street, Central Point, Oregon, further described as Jackson County
Assessor's Map Page 37 2.x,1 11BC, 1"ax Lot 4700; and
WHEREAS, Notice o£ a Public Hearing he1_d June 4, 1985 was published in the
Medford Mail Tribune on May 28 and June 2, 1.985; and
WEIEREAS, at said public hearing testimony from proponents and opponents
was heard oz' given opportunity to be heard; now, therefore,
13E IT RESOLVI~D that the Planning Comm~.ssion of the City o£ Central. Point,
Oregon, adopts the findings of. fact as presented by the applicant and approves
a conditional use permit to allow a mobile food vending cart to be located in a
C-5 zone at 507 South Front Street, Central Point, Oregon, further described as
Jackson County Tax Assessor's Map Page 37 2W 1113C, Tax Lot 470a,
Passed by the Planning Commission on the fourth day of June, 1985, and
signed by me in authentication of its passage this /> day of June, 1985.
