The Common Council met in regular adjourned session with Mayor Bartley
presiding.
Roll call found: Present; Ayres, Hill, Holbrook, Mushaney, Tonn, Tucker.
Absent; Mason. Also present; Mansfield, Tate.
Motion Tucker, second Ayres to approve the previous minutes as mailed
to each of the councilmen and mayor. Motion carried.
Motion Mushaney, second Holbrook to approve the bills and instruct
the City Recorder to draw warrants from the proper funds to pay them.
Motion carried.

Mayor Burton stated that the special police be covered by State
Compensation Insurance. Mrs. Tate was directed to place the special
police on the roster:
