Section 1~ Sectiozb 13.04.010 of the Central Point Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
13.04.010 Rates -- Established. The following rates ar.e fixed
and specified as the minimum rates to be charged per month for water
used in the City:
A. 3/4 inch connect, minimum charge per 667
cubic feet or fraction, $8.98;
1 inckz connect, minimum charge per G67
cubic feet or fraction, $10.54;
1.-]./2 inch connect, minimum charge per 667
cubic: feet or fraction, $12.05;
2 inch connect, m=inimum charge per 667
cubic feet or fraction, 514.20;
3 inch connect, minimum charge per 667
cubic feet or frac.ti.on, 532.56;
4 inch connect, minimum charge per 567
cubic feet or fraction, $47.95;
6 inch connect, minimum charge per 667
c:ubi.c feet or fraction, $88.16;
8 inch. connect, mina.mum charge pe-r 667
cubic feet or fraction, 5130.37
P,. Any amount of water used in excess of the minimum amounta
above provided shall. be paid for at the rate of seventy-seven cents
(5.77) per one hundred cubic feet and the user shall be billed for the
same at the time of billing for the amount used in excess of the
minimum amounts above provided.
C. The rates for use of water: outside the city J.imits shall be
one and one-kxalf times the rate charged to users ozithi.rz the city.
