AN ORDINANCE VACATING., THE ENi'ZRE F,AS7'-WE;ST ALT,EY BETWEEN
iV, FIFTH AND SIxTIx S'I'REETST.N BLOC}Z 48 TN C'EN'TRAL POLNT, OREGON
P.ecitals
1. Central Point Med.ic.al Group, through its agent; Srucc-
Ri.claey, has reques{:ed. vacation of t.i~e entire east--west alley
located between N. Fifth anal Sixth St r.eet..s i.zx I31ock 48 in the
City of Central I'oin~t.
2. On P3ovember 12, 1991., the C;ent.ral Point Pla.nni.z~g
Commission reviewed the proposed varat.i.on a.nd recommended
approval.
3. On November- 2.1., 1991, laze City Council by Resolut.:ion No.
&06, izzit.iated vacation pr_oc.eedings on Council's awn. mot:i_on
pursuant to ORS 2_'7.1..7.30 a.nd set a pub7.i.c heaz:ing to coxASider said
vacation.
4. On December 1°., 1.991, the C,cunril conducted a public
hearing and considered. arguments i_n fa.vor and apposed to the
proposed. vac:at:i.on.
5. The City Administrator, be:i_ng the City Recordi.n.g
Officer, has filed i. n. the Of%iciaJ. City Records, a certi.fi.cate
verifying that all liens and all taxes have beezz pa.:id on the
lands to be va.cat.ed.

vacation.
