Central Point Municipal Code Section 17.46.020 i-s hereby amended to read as follows: ].7.46_,020 Permitted Uses. The foJ.lowing uses a.re permitted in the C-5 district: A. Professional and financial, including: 1, Banks and si.mi.lar financial. i.nst.itutions, 2. Real. estate, insurance, and similar offices, 3. Con.t.ra.r.tor's office, 4. Section 2. Central Point Municipal Code Section 17.46.030 is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.7.46<030 Conditional Uses. Voca.tiona.l, technical and trade facilities related to i.ndustri.al trades; schools, inc].udi.ng Z. Accessory uses a.nd buildings customarily apptzrtena.nt. to a permitted use, such as incidental storage facilities, may be permitted as conditional t.tses when not included wi.thi_n the primary bui.ldinq or structure; 7-l. Permitted uses that. are referred to the Planning Commission by City Staff because they were found to exhi.bi.t potentially adverse or hazardous oharacteri.stics not. normally found in uses of a similar. type or. size. This ordinance being necessary f.or the orderly a.dministrati.on of land use applir.ati.ons i.n the City, an emergency i.s hereby declared. to exist, and t.hi.s ordinance sha]1 take effect. immediately upon passage.
