AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1.7.46.020 OF THF_,
CENTRAL POINT MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING
PERMITTED USES IN THE C-5 7,ONT.NG DISTRICT
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OE CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Central Point Municipal Code Section 17.46.020
i-s hereby amended to read as follows:
].7.46_,020 Permitted Uses. The foJ.lowing uses a.re permitted
in the C-5 district:
A. Professional and financial, including:

Section 2. Central Point Municipal Code Section 17.46.030
is hereby amended to read as follows:
1.7.46<030 Conditional Uses. The foIlowi.ng uses ar,e
permitted in. the C-5 di.stri.et when a~_ithorized i_n accordance with
Chapter 17.76:

E. Mobile Name and recreational vehicle sales;
F, Boats and marine equipment. sales and service;

H. Dinner houses and r_estaura.nts serving aJ.cohol.ic
beverages;

a permitted use, such as incidental storage facilities, may be
permitted as conditional t.tses when not included wi.thi_n the
primary bui.ldinq or structure;
7-l. Permitted uses that. are referred to the Planning
Commission by City Staff because they were found to exhi.bi.t
potentially adverse or hazardous oharacteri.stics not. normally
found in uses of a similar. type or. size.
Ser.tion 3. This ordinance being necessary f.or the orderly
a.dministrati.on of land use applir.ati.ons i.n the City, an emergency
i.s hereby declared. to exist, and t.hi.s ordinance sha]1 take effect.
immediately upon passage.
