AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CENTRAL POINT MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 17.08.200 PERTAINING TO THE DEFINITION
OF "FAMILY" FOR PURPOSES OF ZONING DISTRICTS
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF CENTRAL POINT, OREGON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Central Point Municipal Code Section 17.08.200
is hereby amended to read as follows:
X7.08.200 Family. "Family" means an individual; or two (2)
or more persons related by blood, marriage, legal adoption or
guardianship; or, a group of not more than five (5) unrelated
persons living together in a dwelling unit.
Section 2. A pending application depends on this amendment,
an emergency is therefore declared to exist, and this ordinance
shall be effective upon passage.
